  • Where do you ship?
    We offer free delivery in the area shown below. If you are outside of this area, we offer Canada wide shipping with transparent and competitive pricing, so you never pay more than the cost of shipping with no additional fees added. Select your preferred option at check-out.
  • When will my package be delivered?
    If we have received payment for your membership by the first weekend of the month, you will recieve your package by the third weekend of that month. If payment is not recieved by the first weekend of the month you will not recieve your package until the third weekend of the following month. Example: If payment is made by December 8th, 2024 you will receive your package by end day December 22nd. If payment is made on or after December 9th, 2024 you will receive your package by end day January 19th. We are often able to make exceptions to this rule. Send us an email at info@canadiancandleclub.ca if you miss the order deadline.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    To cancel your subscription please contact us at info@canadiancandleclub.ca Any cancellations made before the order deadline will receive a full refund. If you make your cancellation after that month's order deadline and we have already received payment we will not be able to provide a refund and you will still receive that month's bundle. To find the order deadline check our website's homepage. Due to the way our system works you are currently unable to cancel your own subscription, we expect this to change soon, in the meantime we will respond to all emails within 24hrs and offer cancellations with no questions asked. Refunds will be provided according to the terms stated above.
